OUR STORY
March ’23, Stanford & Harmony had the privilege of becoming new owners of Kiwi House Inspections Hawke's Bay, successors of well known and respected long-term qualified builder and inspector Robert Barrow. With first hand experiences, Stanford and Harmony stepped into the position with an understanding of how difficult it can be to enter into the property market, especially within the current economic climate.

For those who wish to read more: As Director, Stan carries his 7 years experience as a Team Leader within the Napier Port, which he stepped into shortly out of High School. As Inspector, Stan has been trained as Building Surveyor, specialising in Residential Property Inspections through the Building Officials Institute of New Zealand. Out of uniform, when Stan is not busy being a business man, you’ll find him being a family man; enjoying time with Harmony and making memories with Aili & Nya. In his free time, you’ll likely catch Stan in one of the local gyms doing what he loves; pushing himself to be better and pursuing his passion in bodybuilding. As shared Business Owner, Harmony who goes by the name of ‘Harms’, enjoys all of the behind the scenes work Kiwi House Inspections undergoes. Harms, who carries 6 years of experience as a youth worker within the community, prior to becoming a mum; harnesses insights from leading and runing a non-profit organisation. All of which she is ecstatic about applying to Kiwi House Inspections Hawkes Bay. For those who can relate, when Harmony is carrying the title of Business Owner, she’s a mum. When she is not working, she’s a mum. In her free time, you may have guessed it.. she’s also mum! Though Harmony wouldn’t have it any other way.
